Employee benefits are nonwage compensation provided to employees at CFAHome portal in addition to their usual wages or salaries. Among the benefits offered to employees are:

Health Insurance

CFAHome provides a number of health insurance options whether you’re buying for yourself or your family. In addition to the health insurance premium paid by Chick-fil-A, each employee is also responsible for the remaining portion.

Retirement Plan

Chick-Fil-A offers retirement plans to help you start saving for your future. You can choose from a variety of plans at Chick-Fil-A, and some of them match your contributions. Pensions are one example.

401(k) Plan

An employer-sponsored 401(k) is an investment plan for retirement savings. Workers can save and invest a portion of their paycheck before taxes are taken out. Taxes aren’t paid until the money has been withdrawn from the account. Chick-Fil-A has the same policy. Ask about 401(K)s when planning for retirement (see the section above).

Chick-Fil-A has introduced a more flexible Paid Time Off or “PTO” benefit that combines all policies into a single PTO plan. The plan includes both vacation and sick time. Every Chick-Fil-A plan is different depending on your position.

Volunteer Time Off

Chick-fil-A is one of the companies that offer volunteer opportunities to its employees. Increasingly, companies are taking advantage of this benefit, and they are happy to be at the forefront of this revolution. Chick-fil-A also provides employees with a certain number of hours of community service per year in addition to company-sponsored days and weeks of service.
